    Each quote is individualized, get in touch so we can create a unique decor plan for your event. 


  • How does a balloon drop work?

    Location is everything. We would need to know if the drop is going to be inside or outside; what the attachment points look like and how many balloons you want to drop. Drops start at 500 balloons and go up from there. Contact us for more info.


  • What can I use instead of a balloon release?

    We are members of PEBA, an organization with the mission to use balloons responsibly; this includes NEVER selling balloons to release into the air. Instead, use bubbles. We can decorate your space with balloons; let's let bubbles float into the heavens.


  • How do I decorate my business grand opening?

    We love Grand Openings! No two are alike. Together we can look at your space and budget; we will come up with a spectacular plan.


  • What does it cost to have balloons at my event?

    Each event is unique and custom designed. Call us to get a quote for what works in your space.


  • How does balloon setup and delivery work?

    We will coordinate in advance the arrival time of our team to do the balloon set up and breakdown if needed.


  • How do you use balloons at a wedding?

    Balloons bring an air of whimsy and class to wedding celebrations. Let us explore 

  • Are balloons appropriate for a wedding?

    Absolutely. Balloons can help a large venue feel more intimate and bring a whimsical elegance to the space.


  • How many balloons do I need for a balloon backdrop?

    First thing we need to know is how are you going to use the backdrop; that helps us figure out the size you need. 


  • Is there a minimum order?

    Our minimum order for balloon install is $375


  • What is the typical investment?

    No two events are the same, we will work with you to get the most out of your budget.


  • How do you calculate the strike fees?

    It is based on the amount of decor we have to remove and time stipulations around the strike.


  • What if I don't know what I want?

    Come by the showroom with your ideas and we can plan it out. We will even meet you at your event space to look at it together to come up with a plan


  • How much lead time do we need?

    Ideally 2 weeks. We have been known to make the magic happen same day, but it isn't guaranteed.


  • Can we customize balloons?

    Yes!

  • How do you know how large an arch needs to be?

    Basic measurements help us get an idea on the size; for instance, is it going over a road? Double door entrance? A 12 ft table? This information will help us get started with a quote.


  • What if I need to match colors?

    We will do our best to match your color palate. To date there has never been a color palate we haven’t been able to match.


  • What type of events do you do decor for?

     All of them! There is no wrong occasion for balloons.
